Q)  How do I place an order via Bath Outlet website?

A)  Orders are accepted by Bath Outlet website online.

A)  Unless indicated otherwise, all prices quoted on the Bath Outlet website include shipping to UK mainland.  Further details can be viewed at our shipping page.

Q)  How long will delivery take?

A)  Bath Outlet will endeavour to fulfil orders within 7 – 10 days.  Please contact us if you would like a quotation for expedited shipping.

Q)  What payment methods do you accept?

A)  We accept most major UK credit and debit cards.

Q)  What happens if an item I have ordered is not in stock?

A)  Bath Outlet website only lists items that are part of its extensive stock inventory.  In the unlikely event of an ordered item not being available, Bath Outlet will contact the customer at the earliest opportunity to identify the customer’s requirements;  this may include an indication of expected availability or suggestion for an alternative product.

Q)  Where can I view the products?

A)  To keep our prices competitive and as low as possible, Bath Outlet does not operate a physical showroom in U.K.  You may view the products and descriptions on the item’s webpage.

Q)  I have changed my mind.  Can I cancel my order and receive a refund?

A)  Bath Outlet wants its customers to be completely satisfied with the supplied products.  However, should you wish to cancel your order you may do so from any time after order placement up to no longer than fourteen (14) days after delivery.  In such circumstances the customer may subsequently receive an appropriate refund.  The customer shall generally not be liable for the original shipping costs to the delivery address but may be liable for the return shipping costs.  Please review the detailed information at our Returns page.

Q)  I have received an incorrect / damaged / faulty item.  What should I do?

Q)  Will you take away and dispose of my old sanitaryware?

A)  Bath Outlet is unable to provide any product removal or disposal services.  We recommend that old products are recycled whenever possible.

Q)  Do you offer a fitting service?

A)  Unfortunately our services are limited to supply-only.  We recommend you contact professional tradespeople to arrange fitting.

Q)  English is not my native language.  Is Bath Outlet website available in any other language?

A)  At this time, Bath Outlet is only available in English language.
