Returns Policy

You have the right to cancel your order at any time after the order is placed provided that you notify us of your cancellation request no longer than fourteen (14) calendar days after the day on which you receive the Goods.  You can notify us on your cancellation request via your profile's order history page when you are logged in to the bathoutlet website.  If you have difficulty accessing your order history page, you may initially notify us of your return intentions by message stating your order number and contact details.  Please visit our Contact Us page to send us a message.  We shall subsequently arrange to provide a returns form as appropriate to your return request.
Please do not return any items prior to our acceptance of your return request.

No returns will be accepted prior to our acceptance of your return request and subsequent mutual acceptance of the return arrangements.

Goods will only be accepted for return if you have taken reasonable care of them and are unused and in re-saleable condition.  Due to the internationally-sourced nature of the goods, we shall arrange collection of returnable items.  The original packaging should be retained to be used for return purposes where possible to do so.  Any substitute packaging should offer the same transit-protection qualities as the original packaging.  We, or our carriers, may need to view the items prior to and/or at the time of collection.

Items that have been manufactured or modified to customers' personal specifications or non-stocked goods specifically ordered at the customer’s request are unable to be cancelled.  We shall inform you when your order contains any such items.

Where Goods have been damaged whilst in your possession we shall not be obliged to accept the return of such items.
We will not accept returns for Goods that have been fitted and/or used.

We shall endeavour to process any refund due to you (including any applicable delivery charges) as soon as possible and, in any event, within 30 calendar days.  However, you will be responsible for the reasonable cost of returning the Goods to us.
We shall typically refund any money due to you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.

In the unlikely event that a product is incorrect (not as described), faulty or has been damaged during transit, we shall, at our discretion, exchange the product or provide a full refund together with any applicable delivery charges and any reasonable costs that may have been incurred in returning the item to us.  You must notify us of any defect within a reasonable time.  We reserve the right to inspect all returned items prior to agreeing to a product exchange, a part-refund or full refund.

Bath Outlet return policy acknowledges the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 that replaced the Distance Selling Regulations in 2014.
